HOLISTIC LIFE COACHING

Through holistic life coaching, clients will discover  their own personal blocks which have been slowing their progress towards life goals. Together with Dawn clients learn how to create a plan to let go of these blocks and manifest (let in) more of what they truly desire. As a life coach, Dawn will keep clients accountable and teach them coping mechanisms along the way. 
Holistic life coaching can include all of the modalities listed here as well as Spiritual Guidance through Medium-ship, Metaphysical Practices, Crystal work and Energy movement.

EFT THERAPY

EFT is an effective tool for treating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and physical discomfort. It;s also referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure. The tapping technique helps the body to create a balance in the energy system. This technique is wonderful to help find the root cause of disruptions in the energy system of the body often caused by past trauma and blocked emotion. Through the practice of tapping, the severity is reduced and somatic symptoms can be lessened and possibly eradicated.

NLP THERAPY

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a short term goal-oriented and practical therapeutic approach to problem solving.  By finding ways to reprogram the conversations we have within, we are able to create new pathways of thinking and feeling. This allows us to retrain how we deal with old thought patterns and habits.
NLP techniques provide new ways of dealing with emotional problems and has been successfully used with weight reduction and many other healthier lifestyle choices.  There are also clearly physical benefits from an NLP session in coping with stress, fear and emotionally induced pain response.

HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy is a type of complementary and alternative medicine in which the mind is used to help with a variety of problems, such as breaking bad habits or coping with stress.  The techniques used in hypnotherapy help strengthen core desires and goals. Through the practice of hypnotherapy we are able to unlock repressed memories and get to the root cause of symptoms. Often through the recognition of past events the client is freed from the emotional and physical responses and is open to learning new healthy ways of dealing with these memories.

LIFESTYLE WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

One on One coaching for clients that teaches techniques which encompass long-term lifestyle strategies that promote healthy eating and daily physical activity.  Techniques include coping mechanisms for emotional eating, setting SMART goals and methods used to increase accountability and healthier habits.
