Often after a seminar or coaching session i ask people to give me feedback on the classes so i can continue to grow and improve what i bring to you. 

 What comes up again and again is people telling me how much they appreciate the real life examples i give them from my own experiences. For many people it can be motivating to know that someone else has "been there - done that" and created their own success story! 

That being said, i have had a lot of requests from clients and seminar participants to share a bit of my own weight loss challenge to success story.  You'll have to come to a seminar or read the book (hopefully out next year :)) to get the FULL story.  At the very least here are some images to share and to help you know that if i can do it, you can do it. I have helped hundreds of people around the world lose weight and reach their goals - here is my own proof in the pudding! (ha ha but, don't go and start eating pudding now!

Here i am below at 190lbs. It wasn't easy finding a picture of myself at this size as i attempted to burn, shred or eat all proof that existed. However, my mom still had some pics on hand and i am glad she did, so that you can now see my before and after shots!

How did i do it?  Well, first it was many months of trial and error, trying to find the right system of movement, nutrition and mental attitude which would work for me and my body type. There is no "one size fits all" when it comes to weight loss and healthy living! Eventually after nearly 8 months of searching i finally hit on something that worked for me, and i dropped the first 40lbs in 10 months. Then i hit a wall. I was plateauing and i couldn't lose any more. So i researched again, made adjustments and found a new way that helped me lose the next 20!

Also featured below is me now at 120 lbs.  For those of you who have met me live, seen me on skype or come to my seminars, you know how "tiny" people say i am :)  Even though it has been so many years now, it is always still a pleasure to go somewhere and be referred to as the skinny girl!

Now 11 years later i have kept the weight off and have managed to get into the best shape of my life!  I am wearing clothes that i have had since i was in high school. (Fashion faux pas you may say - but everything that is old becomes new again!) the point is though i have gone from a size 12/14 down to a 4/6 and i have more energy, strength and stamina than i ever had.
